easy strolls to parks and fascinating natural attractions

during my recent stay, I loved the proximity to the Montrose Botanic Gardens, just a short walk away, as well as the nearby Montrose Water Sports Park, which offered beautiful views and opportunities to appreciate the outdoors on leisurely strolls.

Family with children disappointment

Was not expecting much at this level, but beds were comfy enough, I guess. The hot chocolate bar was a nice touch, especially after long days. The breakfast had made-to-order omelets, and honestly, they weren't too shabby!

It definitely wasn’t inexpensive, but I figured we’d relax a bit here.

Enjoyed the quietness of the air conditioner. it was one of the best I've experienced while traveling. Breakfast options were decent. the staff made fresh waffles, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and cozy, which contributed to a pleasant stay. Had some issues, like kids running around loudly on the second floor and bugs coming through the window tracks. The missing electrical outlet faceplate seemed concerning. I wished for a ground-floor room. the stairs were tough to manage with my condition. Despite some drawbacks, it offered good value for the price.

We had a fantastic two-night stay, enjoying the clean and spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious omelets and nutella waffles that our kids loved! The indoor pool was great, and the location was perfect, close to the National Park.

The hot tub was out of order.

We really enjoyed our stay here with the kids, especially since the hotel is pet-friendly, which was perfect for our special needs son's autism support dog. We appreciated the convenient location, just a short drive from Black Canyon Golf Club for a quick family outing.

My kids wished for soundproofing between rooms.

I had a comfortable stay for one night in a King Room, enjoying the spaciousness and the excellent breakfast with freshly made waffles. However, I was disappointed that the hot tub was cemented over, which was unexpected from the photos. Overall, I would stay here again!

Staying in the King Non-smoking Pet Friendly room was pretty good. It was spacious, and the bed was super comfy, which made it easy to relax. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful, which added to the experience. The location was also a plus, close to the train. Just a little updating needed, but overall, it was a solid stay!

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, causing interruptions during video calls.
